Revive Suffolk CIC

Reviving Souls and Soils

Revive Suffolk CIC is the not-for-profit arm of Jubilee Farm, located near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk, it is run by Mike, Lizi and Sarah.

We exist to regenerate farmland, focusing on restoring soil health, biodiversity, and promoting sustainable food systems. We practice organic farming, agroforestry, and use agroecological methods. We grow fresh produce, including fruit and vegetables which are available for local collection or delivery.

At Revive Suffolk CIC, we engage the community through educational initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and events, fostering a deeper connection between the land, people and their food. Our goal is to promote food sovereignty, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

We're always looking for volunteers and participants to join in with us! If you're interested please email us on hello@jubileefarm.co.uk

We're about to launch two projects, 'Soil to Supper' and 'Natures Larder'.

Soil to Supper
This project will create the necessary infrastructure for continued growing on site as well as hosting people from our local community to set up a community growing space/group in which nutrient dense food can be grown, harvested, shared and eaten together, culminating community meals of the food grown through the project.

We will be holding weekly sessions which will involve the building of the growing beds, planting and maintaining the market garden, all the while sharing skills and learning new ones which can be replicated at home. Throughout the growing season we will hold 5 monthly family centred workshops for parents and children to engage in growing together, harvesting and then cooking together. These workshops will be 2 hours in length and will have a recommended charge. We will have free spaces available for low income families ensuring everyone who would like to can attend. We will hold a community supper at the end of the growing season to enjoy produce and share our experiences throughout the Soil to Supper project.

Nature’s Larder
This project will be centred around reducing food waste, promoting health and up
skilling our community through fruit growing, picking, foraging and preserving. Partnering with local community groups including HoneyPot Dementia Cafe, SEND Cafe at Freedom Community Cafe and Still Good Food, we will growing, picking and processing fruit together. During the summer months we will hold weekly volunteering sessions and deliver educational workshops for HoneyPot and SEND Cafe. We will also deliver 8 seasonal outdoor cooking workshops for all-ages to turn the fruits of nature into food for our larder. These will include cordial, jam, chutneys and preserving.
