Regenerative agriculture promotes the raising of farm animals outside on mixed pasture and lays. Here animals have a variety of grasses, herbs and other plants on which to graze and forage from. Integrating animals back into farming systems helps to improve soil health, sequester carbon dioxide, and reduce industrialised meat and dairy production.
